Terms of Service

By accessing or using Aura Horoscope (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Aura Horoscope / SkriptLab Oy.

Aura Horoscope is an online platform that uses artificial intelligence to generate personalised astrological readings, horoscopes, daily guidance, and compatibility analyses based on information you provide. Content is produced by AI language models for entertainment and personal reflection only. We do not claim any supernatural, predictive, or advisory capability. Any resemblance between AI-generated content and real events or outcomes is coincidental.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it current. You are responsible for all activity under your account and must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.

We offer three tiers: Seeker (free), Cosmic (monthly subscription), and Oracle (annual subscription), at prices displayed at time of purchase, inclusive of applicable VAT.

Free trial: The Cosmic plan may include a free trial. Your payment method will be charged automatically at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends.

Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You will receive a reminder before each annual renewal. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your full card details.

We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers. We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features within the Seeker, Cosmic, and Oracle tiers at any time.

You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; access continues until then.

We offer a full refund within 7 days of your initial payment or annual renewal, if you haven't used the Service substantially. Contact us at the address in Section 12. Requests after 7 days are considered on a case-by-case basis. We do not offer refunds for partial periods or unused access.

You agree not to: violate any applicable law; scrape or extract data from the Service in an automated manner; impersonate any person or entity; resell or redistribute Service-generated content commercially without our written consent; damage or interfere with the Service or other users' access; or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend accounts that exhibit unusual or abusive generation volumes.

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Aura Horoscope. AI-generated readings are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You retain ownership of information you submit; by submitting it you grant us a limited licence to use it solely to provide the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We expressly disclaim liability for decisions made based on astrological content. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 3 months, or €10, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud under Finnish or EU law.

These Terms are governed by Finnish law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Helsinki, Finland. EU consumers retain the right to bring proceedings in their country of residence and to access the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

We may update these Terms and will notify you by email and update the effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
